Irene is a long standing director of Horizon Credit Union. Her Credit Union career includes appointments to the Membership Council, the Credit Union Directors Institute Board, and of course the Australian Credit Union Archives Trust.
Mark has had over 25 years experience within the Australian Credit Union movement, including periods as General Manager, first of ESSO Employees Credit Union and then the public-service based Comtax Credit Union. He is now CEO of Maritime, Mining & Power Credit Union. Mark is the son of a self-confessed 'Credit Union junkie' - his father Alex managed one of Sydney’s most successful Credit Unions for over 30 years.
Kaye began her career in the credit union movement in October 1972 at Merriville Credit Union. In 1986 Kaye took up the role of General Manager of Statehealth Credit Union and was later appointed CEO of Industries Mutual Credit Union, a position she held until her retirement in 2005. Kaye was later appointed to the Board of The TAFE and Community Credit Union, a position she held until its merger with Teachers Mutual Bank. She was a member of the Membership Council, and as a Trustee on the Board of CUFA she represented the Australian movement at two consecutive ACCU (Asian Confederation of Credit Unions) conferences. Kaye is a DUDE (Down Under Development Educator) and has worked in Vanuatu and the Cook Islands. She is currently Deputy Chairman on the Insight NSW Committee.
